How many nights are required to qualify for a “weekly” rate?
Seven nights.
How many properties or suites can I list for free?
As many as you wish.
Are you a traditional property listing website?
Traditional property listing websites charge property owners fees to be listed. We do not charge for listings, and best of all, we find and bring confirmed guest bookings to you.
What methods of payment are permitted when renting a property?
The booking fee requires a Visa or MasterCard payment.
Property owners indicate their credit card or other form of payment options.
What currency are the rates listed in?
All rates are listed in Canadian currency. There are links to a currency converter to assist Renters in determining the cost in their own currency.
When should property owners reply to Availability or Reservation requests?
The property owner or agent is requested to reply at the time they receive the request.
Can a Renter ask a specific question about the property?
Yes. If a Renter require more information then is provided on the property details page, there is a question form at the bottom of that page that can be use to email BC Vacation Properties.
I require my guests to sign my Renters contract. How can you confirm a guest booking if this is not done?
The terms in your renters contract should be uploaded in the terms and conditons box of the Owner sign-up page. The guest is required to read and indicate that they are agreeable to your terms and conditions. After final booking confirmation is complete, the property owner can send the guest the contract for signing.
Do you sell or provide my information to other companies?
No. Your information is never sold or shared, ever.
Only the confirmed Renter receives your contact information.
